A confidencen table accomodating settings for five people. Floor trap door opens allowing the table to ascend (or descend), the table accomodates five people. Each setting allows dishes with food to rise from the downstairs kitchen area (where the machinery is also located). If the guest wishes, he or she may ring a bell (each guest has such a bell) to request personalized service by placing a note on the dish. The dish is then brought down from the dining area.
